At an initial glance it looks like the permssions are set correctly for you. As the team administrator, you should be able to log in, select Edit from the drop-down at the top-right corner, and then click on any of the boxes under 'Roster' to turn that cell into a text box that you can edit. If that is not the case, email me (matthew@hq.usaultimate.org) and we can step through what is happening for you.

As one clarification, the SRT rosters are not tied at all to rosters in the online rostering system, and is not related to how team register for the college series or college regular season event. Rather, it is an opt-in place for teams to list their rosters in a public manner.
