Our ladies team was just told this evening (less than 24 hours before their first game) that there will be no water provided at the field site and that players need to bring their own water.

I'm appalled that for $295/team, they did not secure one of the primary aspects of hosting a tournament; water. Last year, this same tournament thought they could pull off having mini-fields without controversy... Now, no water...?

When are people going to stop supporting organizations like this? Is it going to take having significantly better alternatives? Or what? I know our programs at North Park, even after fairly negative experiences last year, still returned... I have recommended that they don't, but this year's issue of water came the night before. Their check was already cashed, and I'm pretty sure if they asked for money back, it wouldn't be honored. Plus, there is the problem of not having a chance to play...

I'm frustrated that this organization continues to dominate the market of tournament directing. I hope that there are better alternatives in the future, but I'm not holding my breath.

I was not present at the fields either day, but I would like confirmation that the fields were full size this year as promised. Last year this was a significant issue that the TD's promised to take care of.
