New Coaching Requirements Page not loading

For whatever reason, when I go to the new announcement regarding coaching requirements, the announcement area is blank:

Everything else loads fine (menus, title, etc.), but the text area for the announcement is blank. Anyone else have that issue?

Nevermind. Loaded fine on a different computer.

I've actually had the same issue on 2 different computers

I got a message in Internet Explorer about wanting to install some kind of add-on (for this page, but not other pages).

The page loaded fine with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
